BODY TYPES
ECTOMORPH - You tend to have longer, thinner limbs and stringy muscles and struggle to gain weight – even though you eat tons, this is down to your high metabolism.
ENDOMORPH – You struggle to lose fat, and have a larger waist. Your body shape tends to be quite blocky. A clever, low carb diet and incorporating cardio into your workout would work for you.
MESOPORPH – Well-built, broad shoulders, your body responds well to muscle growth –your genetics are ideal for building a good body. Under training and getting slack with your diet could be a problem.
