Sticking to five a day is one of the best ways to lose weight and feel good doing it but it can be difficult to work them all into your diet. If you’re struggling then maybe the smoothie diet is the one for you.
These deliciously healthy smoothie recipes make it easy to eat healthy with fruit, milk, protein, immune-boosting yogurt, and other nutritious ingredients.
If you’re after a low calorie, high fibre fruit fix then the green tea, blueberry, and banana smoothie is the one for you. The green tea makes the drink rich in antioxidants so you’ll be feeling fresh and energetic all day.
